Charlotte, NC – On May 26, 2016 the District Court for the Western District of Texas,Midland-Odessa Division appointed David Baker of Aurora Management Partners as Federal Receiver for Pyote Water Systems which includes Pyote Water Solutions, LLC, Pyote Water Solutions Opco LLC, Pyote Brine LLC, Pyote SWD LLC, Pyote SWD II LLC and CLSV Disposal II LLC (the “Pyote Entities”).
The Senior Lender, Junior Lender and Defendants stipulated and agreed to the appointment of David Baker, Managing Partner of Aurora Management Partners as Federal Receiver for Pyote Entities. The Aurora team overseeing the Pyote Water Systems businesses will also include Wayne Tanner, Managing Director and Gregory Baker, Consultant.
Pyote Water Systems was established in 2009 in Midland, Texas to engage in the business of owning and operating saltwater disposal facilities, freshwater stations, brine stations and any other facilities or business including the handling of oil field water and non-hazardous oil and gas fluid and solid waste for commercial use. The company has an extensive presence throughout the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale regions of Texas and New Mexico, but is not limited to these areas.
