Lynn is a senior financial and operations executive who brings 20 years of executive, hands-on and turnaround management experience in the areas of corporate finance, operations management, financial and operational restructuring, corporate refinancing and bankruptcy representation on both the debtor and creditor sides.

While her roots are in financial management and operations, she also has extensive experience in forensic accounting, preferential and fraudulent conveyances, strategic planning, corporate restructuring, conversion and integration solutions and business / product development – bringing new products and services to market.

Lynn has served both private and public clients in a wide variety of industries, including state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing, technology, data distribution, automotive suppliers, petroleum product distribution & convenience store, trucking, heavy equipment, mining and earthmoving, construction, agriculture and food services, furniture, textiles, importing & manufacturing.

Lynn brings a unique ability to quickly analyze a business, determine needs, conceptualize solutions and implement a broad-based plan of action. In addition, she is highly proficient at streamlining business processes, systems and procedures and managing complex systems conversions.

Lynn is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Toronto Chapter and has been an Associate with TBA Management since February 2000, prior to the merger with Aurora Management Partners in July 2004.
