We always work under the terms of an engagement letter that describes in detail the scope of our work and we typically charge hourly or daily rates plus any out-of-pocket expenses.  For certain assignments such as initial assessments or longer term interim management assignments we can provide a fixed-fee contract.

Performance bonus arrangements may apply in special cases where Aurora assumes a management role, obtains refinancing, or sells a part of or an entire company.
