Who We Are (to top)

Aurora Management Partners is one of the most prominent and professional consulting firms specializing in turnaround management and reorganization consulting in the United States.  Aurora was formed from the vision of several Certified Turnaround Professionals who combined their expertise and practices into one firm capable of handling assignments from the simple and straight-forward to those involving multi-faceted, complex, and diverse financial and operational issues.  Aurora is based in Atlanta with offices and principals in the Eastern United States.  The Aurora team includes highly experienced senior professionals who possess the vision, knowledge, skills, and integrity with which to be a recognized force in reorganization and turnaround work throughout the country.

What We Do (to top)

We are problem solvers. We provide you with a clear, concise and objective analysis of your company’s problems. We create innovative action plans, and implement those plans quickly and cost effectively. We pride ourselves in the fact that in all cases we supply a solution where the financial benefit far exceeds the cost of our services.

We have a very wide range of skills within our firm including the management ability to implement our solutions and exercise operational control where required.  Our team is capable of remaining in place until the assignment is successfully completed. Our assignments have included organizational and financial restructurings, profit performance improvement plans, due diligence, divestitures and outright liquidations.  Our due diligence and assessment skills have been honed from our experiences.  We bring a new perspective to the situation and critical insight to be able to uncover and develop the basis of the real problem.  We have extensive experience utilizing the tools of reorganization - Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings and out of court compromises with creditors.  We also have a close relationship with a turnaround equity fund, which can provide needed cash equity that can make the difference between surviving a difficult time or going out of business.

When You Need Us (to top)

You need us at the very first signs of distress.   Whether you represent shareholders, management, the board of directors, a financial institution or an investment fund, an appropriate time to seek our services for a company that you have become concerned about is at the point when performance trends are not meeting expectations and/or cash or credit availability is shrinking.

Another key decision point for considering the use of Aurora Management Partners is when you find it necessary to seek additional funding to bolster cash flows or when there is a pending default or the need to seek forbearance in loan covenants.

You should also consider us when you no longer have confidence in either the management and/or the financial information of the company in question and would like to get a clear and unbiased report on the current status and viability of the business.

The timing of our entry into any distressed company will impact the outcome.  The earlier our entry, the more likely the outcome will have created the greatest possible value for the stakeholders.

How We Can Help You (to top)

We can develop strategic initiatives, organize and analyze solutions, deal with creditor issues, review organizational structure and develop time frames for decision making.  And we can fully implement the recovery plan we create for you.  On your behalf, we can advise lawyers, accountants, lenders, investors, and interim managers.

When everything is at stake, you need turnaround professionals with experience, expertise, integrity, and confidentiality, plus the ability to restore corporate value.   That is who we are.  We take the burdensome issues off your desk and allow you to focus on more productive and important matters.
