(Atlanta,
Georgia) It was announced today by Charles A. Soule and Diedrich
Von Soosten, Co-Founders of Aurora Management Partners Inc.
and Ronald H. Turcotte Co-founder of TBA Management Services,
LLC that effective July 13, 2004, TBA and Aurora would merge
their business interests under the Aurora brand.
At
a meeting of the newly constituted Board of Directors, Mr.
Soule was appointed Chairman of the Board and Mr. Turcotte
was appointed CEO & Managing Partner. The Board also announced
the appointment of David M. Baker as Managing Director for
the Carolinas, David E. Houseman as Managing Director of Tennessee
and Alabama and P. Michael Kain as Managing Director for Virginia
and the Mid-Atlantic.
“Economic
changes coupled with lender consolidations have dictated that
restructuring firms expand their service offerings, staff
resources as well market coverage. The combination of TBA
and Aurora has created a vehicle to meet these needs,”
said Turcotte.
“The
new Aurora is made up of a group of seasoned industry professionals,
most of who carry a professional designation such as CTP or
CPA. Our extensive coverage of the Eastern and Southern states
will allow us to meet the ever-changing needs of our client
base, while at the same time reducing the need for extensive
travel cost,” said Von Soosten.
“I
am looking forward to working with Ron and insuring that the
new Aurora becomes the premier restructuring firm for middle
market private and public companies,” said Soule.
Regional
offices managed by principals and staffed with qualified associates
will be located in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Orlando,
Toronto and Richmond with planned expansion into the Northeast.
Aurora will relocate corporate headquarters to 4485 Tench
Road, Suite 340A, Atlanta, GA 30024 and will centralize all
administration, marketing, reporting and compliance functions.
