Within this role, Boerema will be responsible for spearheading and managing the firm’s existing presence in the Midwest, a strategic objective for a team well-recognized as one of the country’s most well-respected turnaround and restructuring consulting firms.

Boerema comes to Aurora with ten years of strong industry experience and consulting expertise. He has led and been apart of mid-market to large market client engagements, which included debtor consulting, interim management consulting, crisis management, and operational improvement. Along with his professional experience, Alex currently holds leadership positions at the global and local chapter levels of the Turnaround Management Association.
