On October 16th, 2025, Aurora Management Partners was appointed as Receiver to Notre Dame College in the Northern District of Ohio court (case no: 1:25-cv-01061). Overseeing the Notre Dame property and assets will be Managing Partner David Baker, Senior Director Glenn Bartley, and Senior Consultant, Shannon Baker.
Notre Dame College was a private Catholic college that operated from 1922 to 2024. A woman’s college until 2001, the historic campus spans 50 acres in South Euclid, outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
In addition to current out-of-court restructurings, Aurora is currently appointed as State Receiver to Covenance Manufacturing and All Nations Distillery, both in Kentucky, and Federal Receiver to Besse Forest Products in Michigan. In Chapter 11 bankruptcies, Aurora is currently serving as Chief Restructuring Officer to Wellmade Flooring and Gardener’s Supply Company, as well as Financial Advisor to Handlos Family Farms and to the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Eventide Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Additionally, in court appointment, Aurora is serving as Liquidating Trustee to Taronis Fuels and Plan Administrator to Tessemae’s following their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan confirmations.
