Company History
Aurora was founded in Atlanta in 2000 by a group of Certified Turnaround Professionals (CTP) who merged their practices and expertise to create a more diversified practice. Our impressive growth over the past 17 years led to the addition of offices in Charlotte, Chicago and Cleveland. Each office is staffed with senior-level, seasoned executives and consultants with the knowledge, skills, vision, and integrity to make immediate and positive contributions to each client engagement. Since our founding we have completed over 250 successful engagements focusing on complex business issues, turnaround, Chapter 11, and federal receivership in both private and public companies, with a focus on middle market organizations.

Fees and Compensation
We work under the terms of an engagement letter detailing the scope of our work as agreed upon with each client. Fees are typically invoiced on an hourly rate basis with rates established by the level of experience of our professionals assigned to the engagement.
