Aurora Management Partners is pleased to announce the promotions of Shannon Baker and Ben Pendleton in the New York City and Charlotte offices, respectively.

Shannon Baker joined the firm in 2025 in the New York City office. While at Aurora she has worked on clients in the higher education and manufacturing industries. Her sales and compensation design background has proved to be critical to turnaround engagements.
Ben Pendleton joined Aurora in 2022 in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. During his time at Aurora he has worked with clients in the consumer products, higher education, manufacturing and quick-serve restaurant industries.
