AURORA APPOINTED FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO AMERICAN HEALTH ASSOCIATES IN CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY

On June 8^th, 2026 Aurora Management Partners was appointed as the Financial Advisor to American Health Associates Holdings, Inc, et al in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida Fort Lauderdale division (case #26-14825-smg). Advising the debtor are David Baker, Managing Partner, Matt Dossey, Managing Director, and Nick Wright, Consultant.

American Health Associates was founded in 1990 operating in the healthcare diagnostic space. The company has 13 entities which provide clinical laboratory and mobile imaging services in patient homes, nursing home facilities, and hospitals across 23 states.
