Aurora Management Partners has been appointed as the General Unsecured Creditor Trustee to Landmark Holdings of Florida, LLC and its seven debtor affiliates following its plan confirmation in the Middle District of Florida United States Bankruptcy Court (case no: 2:25-bk-00397-FMD). Managing the Trust is David Baker, Managing Partner, Bill McCarthy, Senior Managing Director, and John Magee, Director.
Founded in 2006, Landmark owned and operated several hospitals across the Southeast United States, providing critical longer-term care to patients. The Company filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection on March 9, 2025 and secured its plan confirmation on October 9, 2025.
In addition to current out-of-court restructurings, Aurora is currently appointed as State Receiver to Covenance Manufacturing, in Kentucky, and Federal Receiver to Besse Forest Products in Michigan and Notre Dame College in Ohio. In Chapter 11 bankruptcies, Aurora is currently serving as Chief Restructuring Officer to Wellmade Flooring, Luca Mariano Distillery, and Gardener’s Supply Company, as well as Financial Advisor to Handlos Family Farms and to the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Eventide Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Additionally, in court appointment, Aurora is serving as Liquidating Trustee to Taronis Fuels and Plan Administrator to Tessemae’s following their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan confirmations.
