On April 11, 2025, Aurora Management Partners was appointed as Receiver to All Nations Investors, LLC, et al., in the Garrard Circuit Court of Kentucky (Case # 25-CI-00097).
All Nations is a premium spirits company based out of Atlanta. It’s brand portfolio, under the name Staghorn, includes All Nations Whiskey which is produced at the company’s Garrard County Distilling Co., the largest all-new independent distillery in Kentucky. The Aurora team overseeing the Receivership includes David Baker, Managing Partner, Greg Baker and Blake Tillis, Directors.
In addition to current out-of-court restructurings, Aurora is currently appointed as Federal Receiver to Covenance Manufacturing in Kentucky and Besse Forest Products in Michigan as well as Financial Advisor to the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Eventide Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Additionally, in court appointment, Aurora is serving as Liquidating Trustee to Taronis Fuels and Plan Administrator to Tessemae’s following their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan confirmations.
