AURORA APPOINTED RECEIVER TO COVENANCE GROUP, LLC IN KENTUCKY
On March 20th, 2025 the Owen Circuit Court of the Commonwealth of Kentucky ordered Aurora Management Partners to be Receiver to Covenance Group, LLC et al. (case # 24-CI-00180).
Covenance Group, based in Owenton, Kentucky, is a food manufacturing solutions company. With three core divisions- Covenance Manufacturing, Covenance Technical, and Covenance Enterprise- the company provides end-to-end solutions for small to medium-sized food brands. The Aurora team overseeing the Receivership includes David Baker, Managing Partner, Laura Kendall, Senior Managing Director, and Travis Grody, Director.
In addition to current out-of-court restructurings, Aurora is currently appointed as Federal Receiver to Besse Forest Products in Michigan as well as Financial Advisor to the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Eventide Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Additionally in court appointment, Aurora is serving as Liquidating Trustee to Taronis Fuels and Plan Administrator to Tessemae’s following their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan confirmations.
