AURORA CLIENT, TESSEMAE’S LLC, COMPLETES SALES PROCESS
Charlotte, NC – On January 23rd, 2024, the Baltimore Division of the District of Maryland of the United States Bankruptcy Court, having considered the testimony, evidence, stipulations of parties, and arguments of counsel, approved the sale of Tessemae’s LLC (case #23-10675) to PANOS Brands, LLC following an auction conducted on December 18th, 2023. Tessemae’s LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on February 1st, 2023 with Aurora Management Partners appointed Financial Advisor (FA) to the Debtors.
Tessemae’s LLC is a Maryland based manufacturer of organic and non-GMO salad dressings and condiments sold in retailers nationwide. Founded in 2009, it is one of the nation’s premier organic salad dressing companies.
The Aurora team advising the Tessemae’s business, including overseeing the marketing, sales, and auction process, is David Baker, Managing Partner, Matthew Dossey, Director, Greg Baker, Director and Travis Grody, Associate Director. Aurora is currently also serving as Chief Restructuring Officer for Taronis Fuels and Premier Kings, Inc. et al in their respective Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases.
