AURORA NAMED CRO TO TARONIS FUELS CHAPTER 11 BANKRUTPCY

Charlotte, NC – On December 14^th, 2022, Taronis Fuels, Inc, et al, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the Delaware District of the United States Bankruptcy Court (case #22-11121-BLS ) with Aurora Management Partners appointed Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) to the Debtors, with approval by the Board of Directors.

Taronis Fuels, a publicly traded Delaware corporation (TRNF), manufactures and distributes industrial, medical, specialty and beverage gases and associated welding and safety supplies. They currently operate fifteen retail locations and three gas fill plants across four states to supply customers with products ranging from bulk quantities of cryogenic gases to individual packaged cylinders.

The Aurora team managing the Taronis business includes Tim Turek, Senior Managing Director, David Baker, Managing Partner, Travis Grody, Associate Director, and Andrew Pryts, Consultant.
