Aurora Scales Growth with Professional in NYC

 Aurora Management Partners is delighted to announce its recent hiring of Shannon Baker as a Senior Consultant based in New York City. In addition to serving company clients nationwide, Ms. Baker is key to the firm’s continued and expanded footprint in the New York City and Northeast area-at-large.

Prior to joining Aurora, Ms. Baker resided in London, United Kingdom and worked for a worldwide revenue growth management consulting firm building relationships and managing cross-functioning global teams to success with the build out of go to market strategy, structural deployment, and compensation design. She served clients across a variety of industries including, but not limited to, technology providers, manufacturers, distributors, healthcare and logistics companies. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Additionally, she is pursuing her Certified Turnaround Analyst designation from the Turnaround Management Association, of which she is excited to be an active member in the New York City chapter.

Ms. Baker’s background will provide Aurora’s clients with key tools for success in their turnaround engagement, including compensation plan design, advanced cost and opportunity modelling, and strategy transformations.
