Aurora Welcomes Ryan Gross in Detroit

March 16, 2026:  Aurora Management Partners is pleased to announce Ryan Gross will join the Firm as a Managing Director effective March 16, 2026.  Ryan will be charged with overseeing the firm’s presence in the Michigan and Midwest regions while also providing financial advisory services on the firm’s client engagements.

Prior to joining Aurora, Ryan was a Director at a Turnaround and Restructuring Advisory firm leading the Michigan markets and advising on clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and tier 1 and 2 automotive suppliers both in- and out-of-court restructurings.

Ryan received his Masters of Business Administration from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University where he also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active Board Member for the Detroit chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. He resides in Detroit, Michigan with his family.
