On August 4, 2025, Aurora Management Partners was appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer to Wellmade Floor Coverings International, Inc and Wellmade Industries MFR. N.A LLC, et al., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia (Case # 25- 58764). Overseeing the Company operations is Managing Partner, David Baker, along with Che Carrasquillo and Greg Baker, Directors, and Cally McGee, Consultant.
Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, Wellmade is a privately-held manufacturer of hard-surface flooring, specializing in its patented High-Density Polymer Composite (HDPC) rigid core technology. Wellmade designs, produces, and distributes a wide range of hard surface flooring collections, supplying its flooring products to leading manufacturers, wholesale distributors, retailers and major big-box consumer chains for both commercial and residential use. The Company’s Georgia-based plant is the largest HDPC flooring factory in the United States and produces an estimated 50% of all rigid-core flooring in the country.
In addition to current out-of-court restructurings, Aurora is currently appointed as Receiver to both Covenance Manufacturing and All Nations Distilling in Kentucky and Besse Forest Products in Michigan as well as Financial Advisor to Handlos Family Farms in Iowa and to the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Eventide Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Additionally, in court appointment, Aurora is serving as Liquidating Trustee to Taronis Fuels.
