Aurora Appointed CRO to America’s Gardening Resource

On June 23, 2025, Aurora Management Partners was appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer to America’s Gardening Resource, Inc., et al., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case # 25-11180-BLS). Overseeing the Company operations is Managing Partner, David Baker, along with Glenn Bartley, Managing Director, Matt Dossey, Director, and Sophia Levinson, Consultant.

Headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, America’s Gardening Resource, more commonly known by its trade name, Gardener’s Supply Co., is a multi-channel marketer and direct-to-consumer business of gardening products and equipment, as well as live goods for gardeners throughout the United States. The Company manufactures its own products, which are sold as part of its retail line. Additionally, Gardeners’ Supply operates several garden, warehouse and retail facilities in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

In addition to current out-of-court restructurings, Aurora is currently appointed as Federal Receiver to both Covenance Manufacturing and All Nations Distilling in Kentucky and Besse Forest Products in Michigan as well as Financial Advisor to Handlos Family Farms in Iowa and to the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the Eventide Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Additionally, in court appointment, Aurora is serving as Liquidating Trustee to Taronis Fuels.
