AURORA NAMED CRO TO PIONEER NATIONAL LATEX CHAPTER 11 BANKRUTPCY
Charlotte, NC – On March 29th, 2024 Pioneer National Latex, Inc., having previously filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the District of Kansas United States Bankruptcy Court (case # 23-10939, under lead case # 23-10938) appointed David Baker, Managing Partner of Aurora Management Partners, Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) to the Debtors.
Continental American Corporation owns and operates a multinational balloon business, including through Pioneer National Latex, a subsidiary. The business is the oldest latex balloon company in the world, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas with plants across the United States as well as in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
The Aurora team managing the Pioneer National Latex business includes David Baker, Managing Partner, William McCarthy, Senior Managing Director, and Ben Pendleton, Senior Consultant. Aurora is currently serving as Chief Restructuring Officer to Taronis Fuels and to Premier Kings as well as Financial Advisor to Tessemae’s LLC in their respective Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
